When i frequented these forums many years ago there weren't and there were a "do it yourself or stick to poser" attitude among the MAX and Maya users. Any open-source like projects or anything. Subdivision surfaces mesh with a modern rigging system. I have tried PoserFusion but it doesn't help much. I have used MAX as a modeling app for a long time and the only reason i still use Poser is that it is my only source for human figures. I have been using Poser for many years but i have became more and more frustrated with its lack of modern technology.
